App feature: This application helps PMC’s Road department to manage the queries effectively. The application has the following features:

  • Role based application Login (road Department-Road Engineer or contractor)
  • Grievance dashboard (as per selected role)
  • Category wise Grievance details (Open Tasks, Pending for Closure, In Process Tasks, Reopened Tasks, Escalated Tasks)
  • Grievance Map (Grievance Locations pointed on the map)
  • Grievance Workflow
